Collective bargaining coverage limited among fire-fighters

Of all surveyed employees, 21% feel in between satisfied and dissatisfied about their salary. This research is presented by Salary.lk on the occasion of International Firefighters' Day.

Salary for starting fire-fighters between LKR27,620 and LKR54,807 per month

Workers with 25 years of work experience earn the highest salary: between LKR48,455 and LKR127,999 per month. Employees who are new to the job, will earn between LKR27,620 and LKR54,807 per month, based on one year of work experience.
